We are shaped by our experiences, our relationships, and the stories we come to hold about ourselves.
Therapy offers a space to pause — to step outside the noise of everyday life and gently reflect on where you’ve been, what you’ve carried, and where you might want to go next. This philosophy sits at the heart of my work — not to fix you, but to offer a space for reflection, understanding, and compassionate self-exploration.
I am a psychologist providing telehealth appointments in a safe and collaborative space.
I provide both psychological assessment and therapy. I work with individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety disorders, excessive worry, panic and social anxiety, low mood and depressive symptoms, stress and burnout, trauma and difficult past experiences, as well as challenges related to self-criticism, perfectionism, and emotional regulation. I also support individuals experiencing interpersonal and relationship difficulties, identity concerns, and significant life transitions.
I work from an evidence-based framework, tailoring my approach to each person’s unique needs. I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychodynamic approaches to support your goals.
I prioritise my own wellbeing so I can bring my best self to supporting yours.
