Fees and Medicare Rebate
My standard fee is $220 for a 60-minute appointment, which includes a 50-minute therapy session and 10 minutes allocated for note-taking and clinical administration. Available both face-to-face in Wollongong or telehealth Australia-wide.
I am Medicare and SIRA registered (work cover and DVA clients welcome). If you would like to access the Medicare rebate, please visit your GP prior to your first appointment to discuss whether you are suitable for a Mental Health Care Plan.
Payment is required on the day of your appointment prior to commencement of the session. Medicare rebates are typically processed by Medicare the following business day.
Please note there is also a small $5 processing fee charged through the booking/payment system.
Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a valid Mental Health Care Plan. Following these sessions, appointments will be charged at the full private fee.
Cancellations
Non-attendance and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or 48 hours notice if your appointment is on a Monday or the day after a public holiday) will attract a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of your session.
