Tending to the whole self means recognising that growth involves nurturing every part of you - the parts that struggle, the parts that protect, and the parts still finding their way. Together, we slow down enough to listen to them, supporting you not only in managing symptoms, but in building a life that feels aligned with who you are.
Fees and Medicare Rebate
My standard fee for a 50–60 minute telehealth psychology session is $250.
If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of approximately $96.65 per session under the Better Access initiative (as of 2026). This means the out-of-pocket fee is approximately $153.35 per session.
Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan. Your GP will usually provide an initial referral for up to six sessions, with the option to review and refer for additional sessions if appropriate.
If you attend sessions without a Mental Health Treatment Plan, appointments are private, self-funded sessions at the full fee of $250.
Payment is required on the day of your appointment. If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate, this can typically be processed after payment.
Cancellations
Non-attendance and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or 48 hours notice if your appointment is on a Monday or the day after a public holiday) will attract a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of your session.
